Nairobi National Museum, Snake Park and the National Archives
The Museum located a mere 10minutes walk from the Nairobi CBD, showcases a wide collection of Kenyan cultural artefacts.
Within the museum is the snake park.
Spending about 4 hours here is adequate for the experience.
We then head to the National Archives. On display is a collection of artefacts and history snippets from all over Africa as collected by Kenya’s second vice president, Joseph Murumbi. It appears seemingly impossible to take in enough of what is found in this art gallery as it is inexhaustibly huge.
