6 Days SAFARI AND SAND, MASAI MARA AND DIANI, TRIP
Day 1: Taita Hills
After breakfast depart for Taita Hills Game Sanctuary arriving in time for lunch. Lunch at Taita Hills Game Lodge before proceeding to check in to your hotel. After this you embark on the afternoon game drive in the animal sanctuary that boast the big four of Elephant, Lion, Leopard and Buffalo.
Dinner and Overnight stay at a hotel/lodge in Taita Hills.
Day 2: Taita Hills
On this day, you will undertake an early morning game drive. After breakfast you visit Tsavo West National Park getting to the Shetani Lava Flow and the magnificent Mzima Springs that suddenly brings so much life to an otherwise dry and patched section of our wide African Savanna with picnic lunches in the park. Overnight at Taita Hills.
Day 3: Taita Hills, Mombasa/Diani
Optional early morning game drive before departing for Mombasa, 4 hours away. Visit Fort Jesus and Mombasa Old town before proceeding to Diani. Dinner and overnight at Diani hotel.
Day 3: Diani
Leave after an early morning breakfast or with take away breakfast pack for a full day visit to Wasini Island and Kisite Mpunguti Marine park for snorkeling and swimming with the Dolphins. You enjoy a sea food themed lunch in Wasini Island. Just before departure, you visit the Shimoni caves. Overnight at hotel in Diani Beach, Africa’s best beach stretch.
Day 5: Diani
After breakfast you visit the Kaya Kinondo cultural village and forest that boast the sacred shrines of the Mijikenda people, tens of indigenous trees and their traditional homesteads. Afternoon at Leisure at Beach Hotel, you get to enjoy a pampering in the hotel Spa or fitness and wellness centre and swimming at the beach. Overnight at the resort.
Day 6: Nairobi
Half day at Leisure at Beach Hotel and later depart to the Airport to board your flight to Nairobi to fly back home.
